The Championship has seen a surge of interest this season, following the relegation of both Newcastle and Aston Villa from the Premier League.
Both sides received parachute payments from their relegation and are two of the wealthiest sides in the league. The Magpies are flying high, leading the league at the moment, but Villa are struggling, down in 14th place and they’ve already had a managerial change this season.
With these two sides in the league, it’s no surprise that a number of the most valuable players in the league play for the two clubs.
