Everton to beat Newcastle – 10/19 (1.54)
The Toffees have had an excellent Premier League season under Carlo Ancelotti so far and the European places aren’t out of the question. They have only lost one of their last five league games and had a respectable 1-1 draw with Leicester in midweek. Newcastle, meanwhile, are on a torrid run. They have lost their last five games and are edging closer to the relegation trapdoor. A home win looks a very secure bet here amongst our accumulator tips!
Leicester to beat Leeds – 20/23 (1.86)
The Foxes are just two points behind league leaders Man City, and will be looking to galvanise their recent title track after the anticlimactic 1-1 draw with Everton earlier this week when they face Leeds on Sunday. As ever, Marcelo Bielsa’s team are expected to come out fighting heavy on the offensive, so while Leicester are likely to win it will certainly make for an entertaining match.
Tottenham to beat Brighton – 23/20 (2.15)
Despite their 3-1 loss against Liverpool on Thursday, Tottenham Hotspur’s record against the Seagulls stands at six wins out of their previous eight head-to-heads. Following yesterday’s lacklustre 0-0 draw against Fulham, Brighton are facing a tough test at the AMEX this Sunday, where they haven’t recorded a home victory all season.
Norwich to beat Middlesbrough 4/5 (1.80)
The Canaries are flying high at the top of the Championship and come into this game in stellar form, having won three on the bounce. Middlesbrough, who have promotion ambitions themselves, are on a poor run. They have lost three of the past four games and look ripe for another defeat against Daniel Farke’s side.
Brentford to beat Wycombe – 5/14 (1.35)
Thomas Frank’s Brentford are looking to seal promotion after an agonising defeat in the Championship play-off final last season to Fulham. The Bees are in superb form, having not lost in 17 league games, and they look good to beat bottom-of-the-league Wycombe. The Wanderers’ results have improved in the past couple of months but Brentford look like they possess too much quality with the likes of Ivan Toney back from suspension.
Swansea to beat Rotherham – 5/4 (2.25)
The Swans drew 1-1 in midweek with aforementioned Brentford and harbour hopes of a top six finish this season. Steve Cooper’s side have quality in attack with the likes of Andre Ayew but have steel in defence, with just 14 goals conceded in 25 games as they sit in second place in the Championship. Rotherham had a brilliant win against Middlesbrough on Wednesday but Swansea at 5/4 look the bet of the weekend.
Oxford to beat Fleetwood – 20/21 (1.95)
Karl Robinson’s Oxford side continue to sweep all before them in 2021. They have now won seven games on the bounce following an absolutely amazing 4-3 win over Rochdale on Tuesday night. Oxford are the form team in League One and they face a Fleetwood side who are on a barren run in the wins department. Looks like an easy home win in prospect.
Bradford to beat Barrow – 5/4 (2.25)
The Bantams have propelled themselves up the League Two table after a horrific start to the 2020/21 season. They held leaders Cambridge to a 0-0 draw last weekend before a tremendous 3-1 victory over Southend in the week. Barrow are beginners at this level but have shown plenty of resolve so far. However, Bradford have been active in the transfer market and those new signings should provide even more quality as they look to climb the table.
