The league seasons of the top teams in Europe are all now well underway, and there will be some scintillating action across the .
In La Liga, Real Madrid have continued their incredible start to the season with wins over Mallorca and Valencia in what was a hectic week of action across the board. The football pretty much won’t have stopped from last week until Monday, aside from a brief intermission on Friday, with the most exciting matches being the leaders’ tie with Villareal, Valencia hosting Athletic Bilbao, Alaves vs Atletico Madrid and Barcelona’s Sunday afternoon clash with Levante.
Over in Ligue 1, PSG and Lionel Messi are still without a loss, having scored almost 3 goals a game thus far and conceded just 7 altogether. They will be wild favourites against Montpellier at home this weekend, while the more exciting games will see Strasbourg face Lille and Lyon host Lorient on Saturday. The Sunday slate of games will feature a cracker between Clermont and Monaco and Marseille hosting Lens.
In Germany, there are a couple of interesting games taking place, with the action kicking off between Furth and Bayern Munich on Friday night. We’re most excited for Hoffenheim and Wolfsburg, while Monchengladbach against Dortmund is another fascinating match-up. Sunday throws up two more interesting clashes between Bochum and Stuttgart, while the action ends between Freiburg and Augsburg in the evening.
Football seems like it’s unable to stop in Serie A for the next week, with action kicking off on Saturday after just a day off from action that went from last weekend to Thursday just gone. It continues through the weekend until Venezia face Torino on Monday night, with all the big teams involved throughout the weekend. Juventus face Sampdoria on Sunday in a cracker, but of course the star attraction of the weekend is going to be Lazio vs AS Roma later in the evening. Spezia host AC Milan on Saturday, while Inter Milan play Atalanta a few hours later and Genoa face Verona in another well-matched game of football

The Bundesliga has been throwing up some great matches this year, and judging by the form of these two sides, we’re going to back a Frankfurt win, although that’s not nailed on.
St Etienne vs Nice – Nice win – 5/4
This may be the game of the weekend, and St Etienne as the hosts at 21/10 are worth a look as well, but we’re going for the visitors’ win on this one.
