England v Hungary Preview
England will finish off this short international break with what will hopefully be another comfortable Three Lions win at Wembley Stadium over the surprise package of this year’s Euro 2020 tournament; Hungary. This week’s visitors were sent packing during the reverse of this fixture last month, and it is expected that in front of their home crowd, the Euro finalists will be expected to get another big three points, likely with ease. Hungary were looking good before England arrived in Budapest, having been knocked out of the Euros having put on an impressive performance, but they’ve since been beaten twice by Albania either side of a far too hard fought victory over Andorra. England, on the other hand, have yet to lose in this group, despite a bit of a fright against Poland during the last break. They handily put Hungary to the sword away from home, and have also banged in the goals against Andorra, so it’s hard to imagine they’ll be badly troubled here.
England v Hungary odds
England are strong 2/13 favourites to win, while the visiting team Hungary are 15/1 underdogs and a draw is priced at 15/2.

England to win by 4 goals or more – 19/5
There is a lot of talk about this England team and how they are going to perform at the World Cup, given many fans concerns about Gareth Southgate’s style. Those concerns are justified, but one thing that he has proven, unlike a number of managers in the country’s history, is an ability to handily put the weaker teams to the sword. They’ve scored 13 goals against Andorra and Hungary in the three games they’ve played over this break, and they’re heading for another big win in this one, as far as we can see. 4 or 5-0 seem to make sense to us as potential scorelines given their home advantage.
Raheem Sterling to score anytime – 21/20
Raheem Sterling scored against Hungary last time out, and he has emerged as one of the most beloved players in English football in recent times. Hopefully he will find himself on the scoresheet once again. As one of the more influential players in the squad his involvement will help the team greatly. That 8/15 on Harry Kane to score anytime is also worth taking a look, perhaps as a part of a larger accumulator bet.
