Just four teams now remain in the 2022 NFL season’s playoffs as we head to the conference championship round this weekend to decide who will meet at Super Bowl LVII in Arizona.
Following their win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night, the San Francisco 49ers will face the Philadelphia Eagles – who overcame the New York Giants last Saturday.
In the NFC Championship Game, having beaten the Bills last Sunday, the Bengals will try to get back to the Super Bowl for a second consecutive year against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship.

CINCINNATI BENGALS TO BEAT KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (-3) AT 2.30
The Chiefs reached the AFC championship game for a fifth consecutive season after beating Jacksonville 27-20 in the AFC divisional playoffs with Travis Kelce chipping in with 14 catches for 98 yards and a pair of TDs.
But that win came at a cost as QB Patrick Mahomes suffered a high ankle sprain in the victory, and all the talk is will he bit fit for the showdown against the Bengals.
Cincinnati is looking for back-to-back AFC championships under Zac Taylor and are coming off an impressive 27-10 victory at Buffalo last weekend.
Joe Burrow now is 5-1 in the postseason, but it’s not all been about the offence as the defence has been key in a 10-game winning streak.
It’s also worth noting that Cincinnati have beaten Kansas City three times in the last two seasons.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES TO BEAT SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (-7.5) AT 3.05
The 49ers and Eagles haven’t faced each other this season, so both teams are going into the unknown when they meet in the NFC Championship game on Sunday night.
On regular season form, the Eagles look the stronger and more experienced; boasting quarterback Jalen Hurts along with wide receivers DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown, tight end Dallas Goedert and running back Miles Sanders.
It’s not such a similar story for the 49ers though who are on their third starting quarterback in rookie Brock Purdy and though there is an outside chance that Jimmy Garoppolo could be ready for this one.
Purdy has helped the 49ers get this far after the veteran went down in Week 13 with a broken foot, completing 15-of-17 passes for 159 yards and no turnovers in the win over Dallas.
San Francisco do have tight end George Kittle, wide receiver Deebo Samuel and running back Christian McCaffrey to rely on, however, making them more than a creditable threat.
But they will have it all to do against a defence that’s held teams to a league-low 5.5 net yards per pass attempt and 3,057 passing yards in the regular season.
