West Ham vs Manchester City
Table-toppers Man City are the only team with a 100% record still intact and appear well on their way to a fourth consecutive Premier League title. They thumped Fulham 5-1 last time out and will be hoping to come away from the London Stadium unscathed against a West Ham side in sublime form.
Question marks remained around David Moyes even after their European triumph, but the Scot has well and truly silenced critics at the start of this season. The Hammers have won three of their opening four without loss, beating Chelsea and Brighton 3-1 along the way. Moyes would snap your arm off for a point on Saturday, but their record against the champions doesn’t make for good reading. The two have met 24 times in the last decade, with City winning 17 and losing just twice. It will be tight, but City always find a way through.

Score Prediction: 0-1
Manchester United vs Brighton
Brighton have started where they left off this season, winning three of their opening four games and scoring goals for fun. They are yet to keep a clean sheet – conceding once in every game thus far – but with 12 goals, they are the highest scorers in the league. The Seagulls will be looking to make it three successive league victories over United when they arrive at Old Trafford this weekend, following 4-0, 2-1, and 1-0 wins.
Erik ten Hag’s side have had a turbulent start to the campaign, with just centimetres the difference between victory and defeat at the Emirates last time out. Fans will be buoyed by their home form under the Dutchman, but Brighton will prove another tough test, as Roberto De Zerbi’s side have proven themselves adept at unlocking defences with ease. This one promises goals. If it was at the Amex, you’d sway toward Brighton, but you can’t ignore United’s superior form on home soil.

Tottenham vs Sheffield United
Spurs have probably been the standout package of the season thus far. They are seemingly unphased by the loss of talisman Harry Kane, instead enjoying a near-flawless start to the campaign. Ange Postecoglou has re-instilled the free-flowing attacking football we became used to seeing under Mauricio Pochettino, with James Maddison thriving under the Aussie.
It hasn’t been quite so promising for Sheffield United, who have lost three of their opening four and have already been dumped out of the EFL Cup by Lincoln. They have earned just one point from Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, and Everton, three fixtures they would have been eyeing up as potential relegation six-pointers. Things are looking bleak for Paul Heckingbottom’s men.
Tottenham win @ 1.25
Score Prediction: 3-0
Fulham vs Luton Town
It’s tricky to see how Luton can pick up enough points to stay in the division after their opening three games. They have lost all three, getting hammered by Brighton and Chelsea, before losing 2-1 at home to West Ham. Not only are they leaking far too many goals, but they haven’t looked great going forward either. They are favourites to go down for good reason.
Fulham will be the latest team looking to claim three points from Luton. Marco Silva’s side have yet to reach the heights of last season but have matchwinners in their side that Luton simply don’t have. The Cottagers should get back to winning ways.
Fulham win @ 1.65
Score prediction: 2-0
