Georgia to beat Greece – 2.20
We’re kicking things off in Tbilisi where Georgia welcome Greece to the Dinamo Arena. The hosts come into this clash full of confidence following a strong run of form.
They have lost just once in their previous five games – a 3-1 defeat in Spain – picking up impressive wins over Thailand, Cyprus and Luxembourg, as well as snatching a promising point against Scotland.
Greece are also in fine form having lost just once in six, a 1-0 loss to the Netherlands. During this run they have put five past Gibraltar, beat Ireland in Dublin, nicked a point against France, and hammered Kazakhstan 5-0 in the previous round of qualifying.
The visitors are no doubt a more well-rounded outfit and will be hoping for a historic night in Georgia as they look to secure European Championship qualification for the first time since 2012.
Wales to beat Poland – 2.60
The stage is set for a nervy night in Cardiff as Wales prepare to host Poland. The Dragons cruised past Finland 4-1 to set up this mammoth clash, extending their unbeaten run to seven.
They have also typically been a force to be reckoned with on home soil, impressing in a 2-1 win against Croatia just a few months ago.
Despite beating Estonia 5-1 in their previous qualifier, Poland have not travelled well over the past year or so.
In their last five matches outside of Poland, they have lost four, including defeats against Moldova and Armenia, opponents they were expected to beat.
Their only victory during this five-match run was a 2-0 win against the Faroe Islands.
Poland have plenty of talent in attacking areas that Wales will need to be wary of. However, something is in the air around Cardiff and the home fans could well carry their side over the line.
Ukraine to beat Iceland – 1.51
Ukraine are the only clear favourite heading into Tuesday’s playoffs and there is every reason to believe they will book their spot at Euro 2024.
Two late goals saw them overturn a one-goal deficit in the previous qualifier against Bosnia and Herzegovina, meaning they have now lost just once in 10 games. This run includes draws against Germany, England, and Italy, three teams in the world top 10 rankings.
Iceland defied the odds in the previous round, beating Israel 4-1. However, this result stands as somewhat of an anomaly.
Their three-match winning run is slightly misleading given it includes victories against Guatemala and Honduras. Prior to that, Iceland were beaten comfortably by both Slovakia and Portugal.
Despite taking place in Poland, it will feel like a home game for Ukraine. Expect a fiery display from the stands and on the pitch.
