The Euro 2024 group stage enters its second phase this week as Germany and Switzerland look to book their spots in the knockout stage.

Germany to score over 3.5 goals vs Hungary @ 3.57
Host nation Germany took Euro 2024 by storm on the tournament’s opening night by thrashing Scotland 5-1. Julian Nagelsmann’s team were simply too strong in Munich, with the young front three of Florian Wirtz, Jamal Musiala and Kai Havertz all impressing. While the Hungarians performed better than the scoreline suggests in their 3-1 defeat to Switzerland, they too may struggle to contain a German forward line which could wreak havoc up and down their country over the next month or so. Wirtz and Musiala are both 2.75 to score anytime, while Havertz is priced at 2.25.
Switzerland to beat Scotland and both teams to score @ 4.00
In the first half against Hungary, Switzerland looked very strong, with captain Granit Xhaka pulling the strings. They may have dropped off in the second half but the Swiss still look an outfit capable of challenging the elite. So we are backing them to get the job done and secure a place in the last 16 when they face off against Scotland. However, despite possessing Premier League stars Manuel Akanji and Fabian Schar as options in defence, we can see Steve Clarke’s Scots getting on the scoresheet themselves. It has the potential to be a corker of a match.
Croatia to beat Albania and under 2.5 goals scored @ 3.13
Croatia will expect to get back to winning ways when they take on Albania. Zlatko Dalic’s side dominated the ball against Spain but were on the receiving end of a demoralising 3-0 defeat. But they should have too much for an Albania outfit who barely laid a glove on Italy, even after scoring the fastest goal in European Championship history through Nedim Bajrami. However, while we expect Croatia to secure a crucial victory, we cannot see it being a goal-fest, with the Croatians instead eager to dominate the midfield area and keep things calm.
