Joyce vs Chisora Preview
Chisora, 40, steps into the ring on Saturday night knowing that his chances are fairly slim. A knockout will be essential if he wants to build on a recent win over Gerald Washington and secure a payday fight in Saudi Arabia.
But whispers of his retirement have only grown after just two wins in his last six bouts and his durability is rightly being questioned, not only for his career but for his personal safety.
Chisora’s passion for the sport cannot be questioned and the power is still there to end fights with one punch. But with losses to Joseph Parker, Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury in recent times, it seems clear he cannot compete at the top of the division. So every fight counts knowing another loss could be his last.
Joyce is in a similar position. He may have bounced back with a late knockout win against Kash Ali in March, but that does not mean the 38-year-old won’t be feeling the same pressures as his opponent.
A concerning knockout loss to Zhilei Zhang last year raised questions about Joyce’s chin – and whether he still has the attributes needed to compete in such a ruthless division.
Knowing a loss would only further damage his career and remove any hopes of big fights, the pressure is well and truly on. Especially against an opponent who will be relentless and try to finish off ‘The Juggernaut’. But Joyce has weapons of his own, being arguably the more technical boxer and he will also be hoping for an early night on Saturday.
Either way, the stage is set for an absolute thriller!
Joyce vs Chisora Odds
Joyce will enter the ring as the convincing favourite, with odds of 1.22 for the win. But Chisora won’t mind being the 4.00 underdog and will certainly fancy himself for the shock win.

Bloomsday
Joyce is known for his devastating knockout power. With so much resting on not only the result, but the performance in this fight, he will go full throttle to get the job done. Joyce to win by KO, TKO or DQ is at 1.50.
Shut Your Eyes and See
Whichever way this goes in terms of result, the sheer power of these two boxers makes us think there is no way the judges are required on Saturday night. The fight to not go the distance is at 1.27.
Londoners
As we explained throughout the preview, the pressure is on both Brits to put on a show and win in convincing fashion. For that reason, they each will each be desperate for a spectacular knockout. The fight to be a short story, lasting under 7.5 rounds, is at 1.92.
