Arsenal vs Manchester United Preview
Arsenal head into this fixture with the label of ‘resurgent’ following their excellent run of form after the November international break – which has coincided with the return of influential skipper Martin Odegaard.
Mikel Arteta’s side have won three in a row across all competitions against Nottingham Forest, Sporting Lisbon and West Ham, scoring 13 goals and conceding only three.
The Gunners are now second in the Premier League table, but still trail Liverpool by nine points – placing serious emphasis on this fixture.
But while Arsenal will expect to triumph over United, the visitors may fancy their own chances of success.
The Red Devils arrive in North London on the back of a 4-0 victory over Everton, a match in which Marcus Rashford and Joshua Zirkzee each bagged a brace.
However, there was a down side to that success. Lisandro Martinez and Kobbie Mainoo both picked up bookings, meaning they will miss the Emirates showdown through suspension.
Martinez’s absence on the left-hand side of Amorim’s back three is a major blow, as the Argentine would have been tasked with stopping the in-form Bukayo Saka.
Saka has scored five goals and assisted 10 more in the Premier League this term.
The Englishman and his colleagues will, of course, look to take the game to a below-strength United and attempt to exploit a team currently going through yet another transitional period.
But if the Red Devils can weather the expected early Arsenal storm, Amorim’s tactical prowess and innovative thinking could help achieve his first statement victory in the Old Trafford hot-seat.
Arsenal vs Manchester United Odds

Arsenal vs Manchester United Betting Tips
Kai Havertz to score anytime @ 2.66
Havertz loves playing at the Emirates. Four of his five Premier League goals this season have come on Arsenal’s home patch and we think he will add to his tally tomorrow evening.
Arsenal over 7.5 corners @ 2.15
Whenever Arsenal play, there seems to be corners aplenty. It is a real source of goals for the Gunners too, so expect them to rack them up once again. For context, Arteta’s side had 10 corners in their 5-2 win at West Ham.
Marcus Rashford to score anytime @ 5.50
While Arsenal are in great form, clean sheets have still been harder to come by than last season. Rashford has scored on his last two Premier League visits to the Emirates and that is a streak he will be looking to extend after a confidence-boosting double vs Everton.
