Newcastle to beat Brentford @ 2.42

Both in decent form and challenging in the top half of the Premier League, this game may go under the radar for some fans. But we think this is one of the most fascinating tactical matchups of the weekend and is worthy of note.

Each side has played some exciting, free-scoring football while utilising their dynamic front lines, especially Newcastle after their 3-3 thriller with Liverpool on Wednesday evening. This one is anyone’s call and should be a great watch, but we favour the Magpies.

Chelsea to beat Tottenham @ 2.31

In what is set to be a feisty London derby, a Chelsea side on the up take on fierce rivals Tottenham. The Blues are in second and firmly amongst the title conversation, chasing hard to close the seven-point gap to league leaders Liverpool.

And new boss Enzo Maresca has seemingly unlocked the plethora of talent in Chelsea’s squad. For us, this gives them the edge over a Spurs side struggling for consistent league wins.

Burnley to beat Middlesbrough @ 2.25

A massive clash between two giants of the EFL. With Burnley in second and Boro in fifth, this could have massive implications for the promotion and play-off races.

The Championship is known for its excitement and high stakes games do not get much bigger than this. Burnley are shooting for an immediate return to the top flight, while Boro have not played Premier League football since 2017. But with Burnley’s inflated budget and impressive form, we favour them for the win.

Sunderland vs Stoke City: Both teams to score @1.95

After a dip in form in recent weeks, Sunderland have been knocked off the top spot they held for most of the start of this year’s Championship season. But they are not out of the promotion race yet, dropping only to fourth. This weekend, the Black Cats host Stoke at the Stadium of Light, seeking to get back to winning ways.

Stoke are in a similar position, suffering a tough run without a win, but star striker Tom Cannon will be hoping to add to his impressive goal tally. Whoever takes the points, we are backing both teams to get on the scoresheet.

Birmingham to beat Barnsley @ 1.84

Birmingham have been a mainstay in the top three of League One so far this campaign and will be hoping to keep pressure on rivals Wycombe and Wrexham in the promotion chase after falling behind this week.

But it certainly will not be easy against play-off chasing Barnsley, who may provide stern resistance on home soil. It should be a close affair, one which we expect Birmingham to just edge.

Port Vale vs Walsall: Both teams to score @ 1.64

A huge top-of-the table clash as League Two leaders Port Vale host Walsall, who sit second and would go top with a win at Vale Park.

Both teams have been impressive this term and utilised their attacking options incredibly well to be in the conversation for promotion. Because of this, we are backing both teams to score.
