It is nearly time for another instalment of Premier League football.

We are approaching the halfway point in the campaign, with Liverpool now the clear favourites to lift the title.

Can the Reds continue their push for Premier League glory against Fulham this weekend? Chelsea and Arsenal will be hoping not.

Liverpool vs Fulham: Both teams to score @ 1.78

Liverpool are expected to ease past Fulham at Anfield, which is why they are priced at 1.32 to claim victory.

So if you want to boost those odds, opting for both teams to score could be the way to go.

With attacking weapons like Emile Smith Rowe, Adama Traore and Raul Jimenez, the Cottagers can breach a makeshift Reds defence, with key centre-back Ibrahima Konate still absent through injury.

Aston Villa to beat Nottingham Forest @ 2.68

After a little blip, Unai Emery’s Villa look back on track and enter this fixture on the back of a 3-2 win at RB Leipzig in the Champions League.

That was the Villans’ third win on the bounce in all competitions and with key midfielder Boubacar Kamara seemingly back to his best, they will fancy their chances of making it four in a row at the City Ground.

Forest beat Manchester United 3-2 at Old Trafford last weekend and will offer a significant threat, but we are backing a re-energised Villa to get the job done.

Arsenal vs Everton: Under 2.5 goals @ 2.17

This is quite a bold shout when you remember that Everton lost 4-0 at Man United in their last Premier League away fixture.

And against an Arsenal side who put five past Sporting Lisbon and West Ham, as well as three against AS Monaco on Wednesday evening, things could get ugly for the Toffees at the Emirates.

However, Sean Dyche’s side have also kept three clean sheets in their last four, which leads us to believe a 1-0 or 2-0 Arsenal win may be on the cards.

Chelsea vs Brentford: Over 3.5 goals @ 1.82

While Liverpool, Arsenal and Villa run the risk of suffering a European hangover, that is not the case for Chelsea, who were able to rest their entire first XI against Astana in the Conference League.

So expect Enzo Maresca’s side to come flying out the blocks at Stamford Bridge against a Brentford side who have really struggled on their travels, hence why the Blues are massive favourites (1.31).

But this is a meeting between two of the top three scorers in the Premier League this season (66 goals between them), so wagering on a high number of goals to boost the odds seems a sensible move.

Southampton vs Tottenham: Draw @ 4.10

Spurs are really struggling at the moment and it feels like a lifetime ago that they beat Manchester City 4-0 at the Etihad.

Since then, Ange Postecoglou’s side have failed to win in five matches across all competitions, drawing three and losing two.

So morale will be low when they travel to St Mary’s and while Southampton are also short of confidence, we can see them delivering a big performance on home soil, akin to that seen in the 3-2 defeat against Liverpool.
