However, the Portuguese side are usually formidable on home soil and with the advantage already in their favour, they should be able to make it a relatively comfortable evening’s work.
Borussia Dortmund vs Sporting Lisbon: Draw @ 3.72
This tie is all but over after Dortmund’s sensational 3-0 win in Portugal. It was an out-of-character performance by the German side given their struggles in the Bundesliga, with last Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at Bochum their ninth of the season in the top flight. Dortmund can be extremely vulnerable in their current state and although Sporting will likely only be playing for pride, we can see them picking up a positive(ish) result in front of the famous Yellow Wall. Serhou Guirassy and Viktor Gyokeres each to score in a drawn match? That is priced at 17.00!
Club Brugge to beat Atalanta @ 5.90
We have saved our boldest shout for last! Club Brugge lead this tie 2-1 after a famous win in Belgium and they will be certainly dreaming of a place in the last 16. Atalanta were far from at their best in the first leg and although usually strong on their own turf, we really fancy an upset in this one. The Serie A side drew 0-0 at home with Cagliari at the weekend, another result which highlights their inconsistency of late. And with talisman Ademola Lookman still struggling with a knee injury, Club Brugge can make their biggest European statement in years.
