One of the biggest Premier League games of the season awaits us as title-chasing Liverpool make the trip to Manchester City.

Manchester City vs Liverpool Preview
Hosts City are at one of their lowest points heading into the fixture after suffering a 3-1 defeat at Real Madrid on Wednesday.
The Premier League Champions lost 6-3 on aggregate in the play-off tie thanks to Kylian Mbappe’s stunning hat-trick, leaving the FA Cup as the only opportunity for silverware this season.
Of course, a Top 4 finish is of paramount importance and as such, they need to keep winning top-flight fixtures.
So while Liverpool may be expecting a wounded animal to line up at the Etihad, City should need no motivational speeches from Guardiola to go full throttle from minute one.
Arne Slot’s side know how vital a win here would be, particularly after the 2-2 draw at Aston Villa on Wednesday.
Dropping more points in Manchester would only invite more potential pressure from title rivals Arsenal as we enter the business end of the season.
Liverpool have not been as dominant in recent weeks, displaying a level of defensive ineptitude (five goals conceded in the last three games) that will have City’s attacking stars licking their lips.
They have also mustered just one win in the last four across all competitions, although City’s 4-0 thrashing of Newcastle last weekend was one of only two wins in the previous five – a run which includes the 5-1 humbling (excuse the pun) at Arsenal.
When these two met at Anfield earlier in the season, the Reds walked away with a comfortable 2-0 victory.
But Liverpool’s recent record at the Etihad is not great, with their last league triumph at the great stadium coming way back in 2015-16.

Manchester City vs Liverpool Betting Tips
Mohamed Salah to score anytime @ 2.27
Salah is the Premier League’s leading scorer with 24 goals in 26 games and has netted in five consecutive top-flight matches for the second time this season. Need we say any more?
Over 4.5 goals in the match @ 3.15
A risky bet, but we really fancy goals in this one. Both sides are conceding chances of late and with the offensive stars set to be on show, we could be in for a real Premier League classic!
Manchester City to be winning at half-time, Liverpool to be winning at full-time @ 15.0
City have made a habit of throwing away leads. Against Real Madrid at home, the Citizens blew 1-0 and 2-1 advantages, while even Manchester United turned a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 win at the Etihad earlier in the campaign. So there is a method to the madness here…
